The ShowerGlyde Model SG2 is a sliding transfer bench specifically designed for bathrooms where a toilet is located adjacent to the bathtub. Building on the features of the SG1, the SG2 includes longer rails to allow the user to position the seat directly over the toilet, enabling convenient use as a commode prior to bathing.
Like the SG1, the SG2 offers smooth and secure sliding with locking points both inside and outside the tub, ensuring safety and stability during transfers. It can be configured for either left- or right-hand installation, making it versatile for different bathroom layouts.
A wall-side grab bar is included to provide added support, helping the user to slide along the track with greater ease and control.
